Cobblestone Court

     Cobblestone Court (formerly Thompson Arms Inn & Suites) is conveniently located along Highway 59 in Primghar IA.  In June 2017 the hotel came under new ownership.  Cobblestone Court has 8 welcoming Guest rooms/suites.  The hotel is located within walking distance from the O'Brien County Fairgrounds, local businesses, and the Primghar Swimming pool.  It is located within a short driving distance from cities like Spencer, Hartley, Sheldon, Cherokee and Orange City.

     Cobblestone Court has a unique history.  Originally built in 1950 for the O'Brien County Farm Bureau and Extension Office, the facility has been home to a few businesses. In 2006 the building was purchased and renovated into a hotel (the Thompson Arms Inn & Suites).  In June 2017 the hotel was sold and renamed Cobblestone Court.

     In addition to the 8 Guest rooms/suites, the hotel also has a large room, on the lower level, for hosting private parties (family gatherings, company events, and wedding receptions) with a full service Kitchen available for use by guests.
